At higher levels firebolt does more single target damage than fireball. So, you can get yourself in trouble here. It is hard to blow up whole cow packs in one combust without decent gear. Cows can be a little slow if your damage is low. You can also farm Andy, Meph, Pindle and Cows. You can combust from a distance, but it is not as effective. If the pack does not blow up spam fireballs. So it is best to get right into a pack with Teleport and blow the whole pack up with combustion.
There are no natural fire immunes in this area. The best level 85 area to farm is the Stoney Tomb outside the city of Act Two. Stoney Tomb, Pindle, Eldritch, Andariel, Mephisto, Cows.
